- A specific metric and date: "appointments within 14 days, July 2026"
- The decision it led to: a recall, a rota change, a funding case, a PCN conversation
- What happened next, even if it is "too early to say"
- Your role and organisation, so the example carries weight
How your feedback is used
Examples are used, with the permission you give, to show commissioners, award judges and other practices what open-data analytics can do, and to decide what Arjus builds next.
