Shaded bands mark winter (October to March). The primary care disposition definition changed in April 2025; the series is continuous because both item sets are summed, but the share may step at that point. Months after August 2026 are not yet published. Where a contract area starts part-way through the series, its earlier months sat under a different contract code.
