Partner tools — things I help build
These are tools I build or partner in directly, alongside my clinical work as a GP and PCN Clinical Director. They’re separate products from Arjus, but they solve problems that sit right next to what Arjus does. Unlike the independent tools on the GP Builder Ecosystem page, I have a direct interest in these — so I keep them here, clearly labelled.
GPRota
A practical staff-rota and workforce-scheduling system for general practice: clinician and staff rotas, sessions and extended-hours cover, locum requests and assignment, annual leave, shift swaps and payroll — with built-in rota rules and compliance checks, staffing statistics and reporting, SMS reminders and an iOS app. It runs a single practice’s rota or a whole PCN’s.
How it fits with Arjus: GPRota runs the operational side day to day — who is working, where and when. Arjus analyses how your practice and PCN are performing against NHS data and contract rules. Build and manage the rota in GPRota; use Arjus to understand the bigger picture it feeds into.
